Interly.ai

In today's digital world, online interviews have become a common practice in the recruitment process. However, evaluating interviewees' affective state and honesty during these remote interviews can be challenging for interviewers. To address this issue, we present a web application that integrates with the Jitsi video conferencing platform to provide real-time analysis of emotions, anxiety, and deceptive behavior of interviewees. Our approach employs deep neural networks to model facial expressions displayed by the interviewees. In this way, we aim to enhance the evaluation process and provide valuable insights to interviewers.
